I was at a time in my life when I wasn’t sure where i was going and what was next, my friend recommended meditation to quieten my mind. she sent me some videos but i just could’t get into it, so i approached Bunty as i knew how much she loves yoga and meditation.
Bunty recommended i start with Yin Yoga, something i’ve never done before, but i absolutely love it. sitting for 10 minutes in silence didn’t seem so difficult anymore, her guidance support and the words of wisdom have been phenomenal in my journey, to take things even further, we would regularly meet and do yoga together , this was the icing on the cake as she helped me with postures to get the real benefits.
The advise i would recieve is breathtaking, really had me stumped at times but it would make perfect sense, it may sound bizarre, i know, but when you are on the your journey, it feel like you know it all but don’t at the same time.

Best yoga class I’ve ever had.
I have had many yoga classes previously but this yoga class felt different.
I felt so comfortable with my yoga teacher as she was so calm, smiled and talked me through each yoga pose and at the same time she was relaxing me throughout. She made me feel so confident as her energy and words were so positive. It was serenity.
I left feeling so light, relaxed and so positive as I always feel I cannot do yoga. This time I felt a connection. After this class I wouid commit as I fully enjoyed my hour.
I live 30 minutes away but will definitely travel to attend any yoga classes held by this yoga teacher.
